Scheduled Events for 2022-2023


Join us as we explore some of histories BIGGEST mysteries. Each week provides campers with a new high-interest mystery. This year, we'll be offering four weeks of fun-filled exploration topics with STEAM activities that include interactive simulations, science experiments, and art projects using various media just to name a few. Here's a sneak peek for you.

Week 1: The Secrets of Egypt- Students will excavate an Egyptian pharaoh, construct a pyramid with Legos, and even create a mummified apple! . 

Week 2: Aviation and the Disappearance of Amelia Earhart-Students will use their STEAM skills to plan their own flight path and create a passport of worldwide destinations, paint their very own wooden airplane, and design an airplane that is capable of winning a race.

Week 3: The Bermuda Triangle- Students will explore various types of weather phenomena, construct a boat and test its ability to float while adding weight, use the 3-D printer to build a model boat, create their own "I Survived" tale, and go on a scavenger hunt to uncover the lost treasure! The week will end with a special aquatic drink and snack!

Week 4: The Loch Ness Monster- Students will again apply their knowledge of STEAM topics to participate in virtual reality simulations, create their own Loch Ness Monster from various types of media (origami, play doh, and even foam putty), and then participate in an art contest! The week will end with a culminating event of water games and challenges!!!
